Awesome classes. Have been going since Opened . Have become stronger , more flexible and muscle elasticity & joint mobility have improved . Instructors pay very close attention to form and posture and corrects when needed.... more

I've only been going here for a couple of weeks, and I love it. All the instructors are very helpful and encouraging and for a newbie, I feel very welcome!. I have been going to the Fitzgerald for over a year now and there is no work out that compares to this! Fantastic full body workout! My body had never been so strong and in shape.... more
