I just started at OTF at the end of December, and it has been great for helping me get back into a more active lifestyle again! I had been needing to pursue healthier habits in general for a while, and Orangetheory really provides the structure that most easily allows me to fulfill my needs and goals when it comes to exercising and taking better care of my body (and mind)! I love the rapport among the members and coaches at OTF in Madison. I've made several friends, and the coaches are very knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. They definitely keep things fun and motivating throughout the classes! I've specifically been encouraged so much by Michael, Amber, and Juice. All three of them gave me great tips and advice recently when I had some hip joint problems, and Juice was especially helpful in setting up the bike for me and showing me how to make my own adjustments to go along with the workout one day. Group fitness classes have definitely always been out of my comfort zone, but I have really enjoyed going to OTF because of how helpful and encouraging everyone is. I'm really thankful I'm able to be part of this group and I'm excited to see how my overall health will benefit from OTF as the year goes on!
