I LOVE the Crestline Facility. It is always clean and the staff are amazing and SUPER friendly. They take the time to talk to you and remember your name. it makes for a wonderful experience.

I love that Caleb, the very fit trainer, was understanding of my limitations as I started this journey. He was patient and kind and we even laughed a time or two while he was showing me how to work on each machine!

Max and the staff are all exceptional. Nat, Amanda, too many, I forget all there names. I really enjoy using this gym. Equipment and the rest of the facility are always clean and very few break downs. If so, they are remedied quickly. I feel like family at this gym.

I love being able to come get in a quick workout when I'm in town. It's a great atmosphere and the staff is more than willing to help you if you need it.

Great place to workout! The staff, especially Max the manager, are super friendly and take the time to get to know everyone personally. The facility is always clean and machines are kept in great condition.

So....yeah. I'm 4 months late on my New Year's Resolution of getting back in the gym. Better late than never though, right? I actually signed up online in January, but just got the nerve up to actually get off my rump and get started. Until now.
This location is fairly new- maybe two or three years old. There are multiples of all the cardio machines, so you probably won't have to wait on one, unless someone's on your favorite. There are strength training machines, weights, a 30 minute workout area and a stretch area as well.
The black card perks include a tanning area, massage chairs and hydromassage beds. I have a natural tan, so I won't be using the tanning area, but the massage areas are a great addition. There's also Will, a fitness trainer, available via appointment, that will customize a fitness plan just for you. For free.
There are many televisions for your viewing pleasure. Music plays on the speakers but not too loud that you can't hear your own playlist. Lockers and showers are available too. Most of the gym amenities with a few added perks.
For $20 per month, you get a great deal. I'm happy I gave them a try for my fitness goals.

Good price, clean, great staff, but it's the most miserable place you could possibly go on weekdays between 4 and 8pm. They sign up far too many new members (I assume because they know 99% will give up after a short time), so after work is nightmarishly packed. It also often gets unreasonably hot in any area that is not directly underneath the large fans. Probably the worst aspect for anyone who is even remotely serious about their goals in the gym is the constant influx of complete neophytes. Frustratingly slow, dawdling types that disappear after a few weeks. I've never seen such a high turnover at any other gym. Price and location make it bearable, just try to avoid the busy block if at all possible.

This is a great place. I would have rated it a 5 if they d idnt close so early on the weekends! Supposed to be 24/7..but that is not the case. Other than that..i love it here. Everyone is friendly and there aren't any people staring lovingly and/or obsessively at themselves while lifting weights. That in itself really merits 5 stars.

The hours are a definite draw. But on every visit since I joined the staff has been outstanding! That says a lot about the company and management team. The staff give helpful, pleasant, and informative service to members! Job well done!

Went in at 7 today, Saturday, and they said "we're closed". Glad I didn't read the disclaimer about NOT ALWAYS being 24/7 as advertised. Other than that it's a decent, clean, and cheap gym.
