Vic and his team are very hands on and motivate you to get great results within a time frame that is best suited for you and your individual circumstances. He has a fantastic facility that is very convenient especially if you work in the Birmingham area.

I always enjoyed working out with the trainers here. They push you hard which is what we all need. Vic and his wife run a nice gym.

Going to The Fitness Center has been one of THE BEST decisions I have ever made. For the first time that I can recall, I finally have a detailed nutritional plan and a detailed fitness and workout program.
One thing I appreciated the most is that the owners, Beth and Vic, took extra time to patiently educate me in how fitness and nutrition work. So now I understand it, where before I never did.
I also like how their facility in Mountain Brook is spotlessly clean and how their staff is so courteous. The Fitness Center is phenomenal. SO GLAD I JOINED!
