Time flies when you are having fun. 6 week ago, my sister in law proposed we take a challenge together. She gave me a phone number, I called, made an appointment, filled some forms and off we went. For the past 6 weeks, I have worked out 4 times per week, and tried my best to follow their diet plan. The "Drop 20 Challenge" has been the perfect start to a healthier me. I have never been motivated to work out, and when I diet, I lose a few pounds and they come back rather quickly.
At Squat Fitness they make it easy. I feel motivated, energetic and look forward to coming to the gym. The energy, the trainers, and every one there are all incredible!
For the 1st time, I enjoy exercising. Every day is different, and I can pick the best time to come for me. I am not fun of the same thing, at the same time, so their program matches me perfectly!. I have now lost over 16 pounds in 6 weeks. I became a member, and look forward to working hard every day. See you there!
