Time flies when you are having fun. 6 week ago, my sister in law proposed we take a challenge together. She gave me a phone number, I called, made an appointment, filled some forms and off we went. For the past 6 weeks, I have worked out 4 times per week, and tried my best to follow their diet plan. The "Drop 20 Challenge" has been the perfect start to a healthier me. I have never been motivated to work out, and when I diet, I lose a few pounds and they come back rather quickly.
At Squat Fitness they make it easy. I feel motivated, energetic and look forward to coming to the gym. The energy, the trainers, and every one there are all incredible!
For the 1st time, I enjoy exercising. Every day is different, and I can pick the best time to come for me. I am not fun of the same thing, at the same time, so their program matches me perfectly!. I have now lost over 16 pounds in 6 weeks. I became a member, and look forward to working hard every day. See you there!

I joined the 20 day challenge with Squad fitness 6 weeks ago. It was not an easy journey, but I loved it. I would walk in each morning a little tired and grouchy, but by the end of the workout, I was happy and eager to start my day. I just finished the Drop 20 Challenge Birmingham with Squad Fitness, Homewood location! In all, I lost 21.8 lbs!!
Although the weigh loss is amazing, I also gained several new friends and a great location to workout!! The workouts are NOT easy, but they are great!
I have gained strength, endurance and self confidence! I have lost weight, lowered my resting heart rate a lot! My clothes are all too big! So exciting!!
I plan to continue my progress and workouts at Squad Fitness as long as I live in the Birmingham area!
The trainers are the best at motivating and pushing you to become the best YOU! They are there for you with support and guidance whatever your goals may be! Brock Daniel

Where do you want to be in 6 weeks? Right where you are or with huge physical fitness gains? If you are looking to change bad habits or start good habits, this is the place! The trainers push you in every workout and the nutrition is real food with no frills. No gimmicks. Squad fitness helped me push myself to see numbers I haven't seen in a decade and to feel better than I have in far longer than that! I lost inches and pounds, but I gained far more than I lost -- confidence, feeling strong and healthy, an exercise routine that I have proven can be a part of my regular schedule. Take on the challenge and jump in with both feet!

I've never been part of a program where I've had to have so much discipline!!! The trainers at Squad are awesome. Thanks for pushing me when I wanted to give up! I didn't want to finish this week because I thought I would lose but I got spiteful instead and finished strong! I lost 23.2 lbs! Im excited! The meal plan and learning to meal prep wasn't as hard as I had thought it would be. I like having options to pick the meals that work best for you! The trainers want you to succeed and are so helpful to keep changing your plan to make it work to better your results! The workouts are tough but I loved how everyday was something different. It never gets boring or routine. It was awesome meeting new people and making friends all focused on working hard. If you want to lose 20 at the beginning of the year contact them they will be starting the next challenge soon! You won't regret it!!

I began the Drop 20 Challenge because I was stagnant and hoped that through this challenge I would be able to create new habits - to be healthy and to set a positive healthy example for my kids. I had been trying to go it on my own, but I needed the accountability and encouragement that Squad Fitness provided in order to reach my goals. Squad Fitness provided very challenging workouts, but also created an upbeat environment full of fun music and positive encouragement. The meal plan guidance that they provide ensures success. Under their supervision, I not only met my 20 pound goal, but exceeded it and lost 21.2 pounds in six weeks! I am grateful for their leadership and training; I encourage anyone serious about changing their lifestyle and reclaiming their health to sign up.

This challenge was absolutely amazing! If you're really looking for a fitness community and not your standard gym, this is it. The trainers here really push and motivate you to get you where you want to be. I may not have lost 20 pounds but I can definitely see some results. This has motivated me to get back in shape and get down to my ideal weight. I'm not going to lie, it wasn't easy but it was more than worth it. This is just the beginning of a new journey for my new lifestyle. I can't wait to see where it takes me!

For years I had been trying to find the motivation to get back into shape, but it was just too hard! I used to be a group fitness instructor and personal trainer myself, but after three children and years out of the gym, I just didn't have the energy to get back. I could see my overall health declining. Little things like my balance had declined so significantly that I was starting to feel much older than I am. The Drop 20 Challenge was exactly the motivation and accountability I needed. After just 6 weeks, I can see huge changes in my appearance, strength, endurance, balance and state of mind. The trainers are fabulous, and the workouts are never boring. I would recommend the program to anyone who is having trouble finding the motivation to get into a gym!

The challenge is over! I lost 16lbs and several inches in just 6 weeks. I feel better and I have more energy than I have had since my 1st born. Everyone at squad fitness, the coaches and the members, contributed to this great experience and were there to give me the pushes that I needed. This program has let me know that I can dig deep and push harder than I ever thought possible. It not only built up my strength but it built up my self-confidence and morale. The drop 20 challenge may be over but thanks to squad fitness, I am still sticking to my goal and continuing my weight loss and improving my body! My membership at squad fitness is exactly what I need to get me there.

I didn't loose the 20lb but I gain so much from this challenge. I was having a hard time being accountable to my workout and this has helped me a lot! I wanted a healthy life style and I felt like It was just impossible, however, this challenge helped me realize that it is possible to live and eat healthy and I can do it! I would recommend anybody that need that extra push to a healthy life style to join. The coaches there are awesome they care about your wellbeing and that want to help you reach your goals!
