This is my home store. They always take good care of me here. The staff is always available and friendly. The facilities are immaculately clean. The water is always hot here. They also just got new equipment recently and it's all high tech nice stuff their lockers here are also bigger than most locations and their store is bigger overall than most also. There is a reason this is my home store and my favorite come see for yourself

Just recently started attending this location since the beginning of 2020. Very nice employees. Clean facility with clean locker rooms. The environment is very positive and the people who are working are aren't critical and non judgmental. Have little workout sessions on the app which I find very benefical. It's also a nice gym size with many workout equipment to choose from. I've been going at least twice- three times a week. I find working out here is very beneficial and fun. Also even more fun if you are an Black Card Member, you can bring one buddy along with you to work out. Nothing like working out with your best friend or family member. There facility hours are great too. Overall I really enjoy working out at this location!

From day one the staff has been very helpful and willing to go above and beyond. The staff is very nice and the gym is clean and looks amazing!

If you are not sure that you can continue yet don't fall in the planet fitness trap. They get you in with 10$ monthly fee and when you want to actually sign up some other charges are added to that and makes it almost 25$ per month and if you want to leave they'll charge you 60 bucks. This is absolutely outrageous.

This is a great place to go, great people. The reason why they are so good because I thought that my purse was missing, and it was not missing from my locker it was in a locker that was empty. But what the surprise is that it was in the empty locker and no one had touch it. I believe it, is that way because the way the Team treat you and other's. Wonderful People, Great Team love them all.

Have recently discovered the convenience of PE@PF. I really enjoy it, and it motivates me to get to PF and work out! Jacob Walker is an excellent instructor! I will definitely tell my friends and coworkers.

It was awesome!! Mary was very nice . They all kinds of machines to help you slim down. They have lockers . No purses allowed.

love it here - clean locker rooms, friendly employees, plenty of machines of all kinds for any workout type, members are truly non-jugmental of others, there is no separation of people by any classification, race, gender, etc.

Great workout spot, especially for the money. Some of the equipment is beginning to show some age (cycles) but still well worth the cost of membership

We love coming here to workout. I like being able to walk into a gym and feel welcomed and to know that it's really clean . All employees here do a fantastic job making sure customers are well talking care of.

Staff is friendly and always greet me with a smile. Management is top notch. Equipment is clean and maintained. There is a culture here that supports fitness and health, including members usually take it on themselves to wipe down the equipment after use.

The guy that works night shift is super cool. I enjoying coming in when he is on duty because he is great to talk too. Locker room is always clean and smelling good so is the the rest of the facility.

It's a great no-frills gym. The staff are fine, but I've had very little interaction with them. The facilities are MUCH cleaner than I'd expect -
especially considering the price point. I do with there were some heavier weights and that equipment would be repaired in a more timely fashion.

Today was a horrible day at plant fitness. My son joined over months ago he took me a lot to reach my personal goals. I'm that process I decided I would join so that my husband and I can workout together. I joined over a week ago today was my husband first day coming to workout with me. I wanted to buy something to drink for us both and come to find out something was wrong with my account they said I would need to sign documents i had already sign and they said my card was not on file along with bring them my routing and account number. I stood there like omg I was ask did you pay for your fees well why yes. Confused as I could be and embarrassed after being my husband to there thinking I had handle all the things that needed to be handle. The manager was very rude and disrespectful he had an terrible attitude. We had did I have a problem. I told him why yes I do but things was getting a little out of hand so my husband ask him to just get things straight and leave all the other stuff alone. The young lady tried to explain and she was very nice about it. If you see something wrong your job is to get things fix so it don't put the customer In a bad situation. The manager was not professional and it is unacceptable in my book. If u knew that planet fitness had no respect for there customer's I would not have never joined.
Also if a couple get a membership with the gym they will only get one. They will not get to black card memberships in the same household. They both should be able to use the massage table. My husband is paying for the membership but can't use the table because it's in my name. I don't understand this why? It does not make sense. This is so sad . When people bring friends to the gym that is a form of advertising why wouldn't they be able to use the massage equipment? That will make the choice for them to join. Smh planet fitness had to much foolishness going own. People have there mind on coming in seeing friendly people exercise and going home.

I love Homewood P.F.!!! It makes me want to go and workout. The trainer Jacob is super cool and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Always a clean environment!

One of my favorite locations...Sunrise 480 tanning beds are great and up to date...favorite hip abduction machines clean, friendly, great for truck parking and one of my favorite locker rooms...

Is ok ,the workers at desk are neither friendly or rude just like plane. Many machines are out of service.
