Metrics is a great workout experience. The schedule is great for a working mom and I actually look forward to going to the classes. Josh and Ike work really hard to make sure your form is correct and you are working the correct muscles.... more

I really liked this gym because most of the staff was very nice and the atmosphere was all women so I was very comfortable until last month... I got a letter in the mail 2 days before they announced their big merge with Max Fitness.... more
