While I had absolutely no problems with the gym and classes - in fact, they were great, I had constant issues regarding payments. My card was on file, but after moving 45 minutes away, I was not going to the gym anymore. I came in one day for a quick class since I was in the area, and was only then I was informed that even though they had my information, they hadn't been charging me the monthly payments. (At least in the past I received calls and emails about charges not going through). So when I went to pay everything off, I was informed it was one total. They double charged me. I call to get one refunded, and when the refund comes through, the amount is less than the single charge. I asked why, and apparently the total I needed to pay was not what I was previously informed and charged.
Needless to say, I'm irate with how they handled things. This was only the latest payment issue I've had with them. Happy I'm no longer a member.
