Great place. Coming in with zero knowledge, I've been greeted and coached by everyone I met. Each person has been extremely helpful and wants to see you both enjoy Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and succeed.

It provides relaxed classes that make learning enjoyable. It has a good group of students and a clean cut facility.
Love it!! The head instructor, Jeff Sass, is excellent at explaining things, especially when you don't get it!! Along with the assistant coaches, everyone seems to be there to help you learn as well as practice themselves!! The kids classes look fun for the kids and is really neat to see them do the same moves as adults!! If I had kids, I would sign them up for the kids classes as well!!

He constantly trains with Jon Friedland(3rd degree black belt under Pedro Sauer) among others. I've been training BJJ for over three years and neutral ground Sheboygan is the best martial art school in Sheboygan.
