Solid, no frills gym. Very friendly staff.
A solid 24 hour gym with an ample variety of free weights and machines, friendly staff, and some unique items you're unlikely to find at other local gyms. You'll not find a juice bar or group fitness classes here, though; this is a lifter's gym.
Parking at peak times can be moderately problematic, though if you're whining about having to walk 1/4 mile to get to the gym, you're doing it wrong.
I heard such good things about this gym but then I got here and people just scream while they lift not to mention the staff isn't the friendliest.

Equipment for any type of training and positive motivating environment! If you want to workout hard and see gains this is your place, if you want to slack off and not be motivated to progress go to Planet Fitness!

They don't run the air conditioner at this gym. Decent gym, but the lack of climate control made me quit going here. Beware.

Whenever I'm out of town I look for a place to lift. Through the years I've found some decent places. Some have great free weights and equipment. Some have a variety of cool cardio equipment. Some have had the "Gym" atmosphere I look for, meaning it sounds like a gym with weights hitting and lifters pushing out those extra few reps.
This is the FIRST place I've been to that has IT ALL! You walk in and you know your in a place where they appreciate the work and effort that go into building real muscle. I have never seen as large a variety of equipment! I've been lifting for 32 years and have a BS in exercise physiology and I have seen equipment here I've never seen before!!
Do yourself a HUGE favor come here to workout!! If you're from the area, love to workout and don't come here you're making a big mistake. If you're from out of town and need a place to workout look NO further!!! This place has it all!!

Love all the new upgrades! New turf, flooring, speakers, fans, equipment and more...all are great! Especially happy with the strength and toughness I have developed thanks to Troy's training. I may not be the strongest or fastest, but I try my hardest! Thanks IP!
This place has changed immensely under new ownership. Very helpful staff, and the gym is clean now and they have added new machines and cardio equipment. If you ask a question to staff you will get a helpful answer and a smile. Don't shy away from this place because of the past, give it another shot you will be surprised.
