Great instructors. You can get a high intensity workout or nice stretch in . Highly recommend.. It's been a month since I am going to Inner Fire Yoga and I can definitely tell that it's the best workout I have ever done.... more

Great atmosphere for yogis of all levels! I'm a beginner and I always feel well guided in the studio. Inner Fire offers classes at various temperatures, speeds, and instructors offer plenty of pose modifications if you'd like a more challenging or less challenging sequence.... more
