Kathleen is a very knowledgeable and talented Pilates instructor. She is patient and attentive, but will challenge you when you need it! The studio is clean and well-lit, and the equipment is in excellent condition. Parking is easy. As a singer who depends on my body, I have found my work here to be invaluable. I can highly recommend this studio both for private instruction as well as for class work.
