Small but mighty gym :) They have a great selection of free weights, barbells, kettlebells, cardio, and much more. All the trainers and staff are absolutely amazing and helpful. They truly care about you and your goals, and help any way they can.

One of the most expensive memberships in Madison AND you have to pay to bring a friend with you? Also when trying to cancel one of the staff I was talking to asked me personal questions about why I couldn't afford a membership anymore which was extremely rude.

It's a small, solid gym with a great staff. I dislike the pricing structure and the corporate colors are hard to look at, but if you live nearby, it's a relatively quiet place for a workout.

This is my home anytime gym. Small and clean with a wide variety of plyo equipment and weights. I usually go during off hours and get the place to myself. I LOVE that the trainers and staff never bother me while I conplete my workouts.

I have had such a positive experience at this gym. It is always clean and smells fresh. The equipment is great. If you get the chance to work with Whitney, she does a fabulous job!!
