Challenging workout with stretching interspersed which makes it more tolerable than some? Every instructor super helpful and welcoming to siverse body types / ages / fitness levels.

Such an amazing workout. And all of the instructors are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The manager, Amy, remembers everyone's names and is always available to talk to. I noticed a HUGE difference after just 3 classes. It's incredibly difficult and challenging, but also for the person who isn't a fan of intense cardio for a good workout. This is a great studio, and it put me in the best shape of my life. SO worth the money, especially if you're looking for immediate results. It's really something you can be proud of.
