I am finishing the 6 week introduction session and will be singing up for the monthly plan after that. The system they have works. The doctor took my blood and we identified a program with nutrition and hormones to get my body working at optimal levels. Then they design a daily workouts where if you are not tired, sweating, or short of breath then they are not working. You never leave the workout feeling as though you did not do your best. Then you get to finish with a cyrosauna. The cyrosauna works miracles.
