Erika is simply stated one of the best trainers I have worked with. I have had several different experiences working with personal trainers and she is BY FAR the best I've dealt with! She is very knowledgeable about how to do exercises for people with physical limitations, bad knees for example.
The Total Body Conditioning Class that I take, M-W-F, is fun. This is something I never thought I would be able to say...I actually look forward to getting up at 5:15am to exercise, strange I know. When you have an amazing instructor, exercising seems like fun instead of work. I no longer HATE the idea of working out, I L-O-V-E it!

Amazing workout!! I worked out at the gym before joining, but was getting bored easily and my workouts were lagging. Erika mixes up every workout to hit every part of your body! In 45 min you can get a better workout than hours at the gym. You get toned fast and work muscles you never knew existed. I 100% recommend this class!!
Erika has been my trainer for over a year. I was hesitant to get a trainer at first, but I am SO glad I did! Erika really pushes you, even when you think you can't go any further! She mixes up the work outs and exercises which really works for me! I never liked to work out before but now I look forward to seeing Erika and the bootcamp group twice a week. :o) I highly recommend Erika and the Better Body Bootcamp!
