was great while it lasted, but then got an email saying the gym was closing immediately. they had already taken me for a full year's membership (paid in advance to lower monthly outlay) and there is no response from anyone there about potential refunds. i would avoid anything this ownership touches, as it may disappear with no notice and you won't get your money back.
This place is the way to get back on track. They keep you accountable with your diet and exercise. They truly want you to succeed in your fitness and diet goals. I did the 6 week challenge and felt fully supported. Thanks for helping me so much! :)
I have exercised regularly for years, but was looking for something to change up my current routine and drop a few pounds that I had put on over the winter. I was intrigued by the 6-week challenge and the idea of "betting on yourself" as an option to make the entire experience free. I'm happy to report I was able to meet the goal of losing 5% body fat and along with that almost 18lbs. The trainers and staff are all very enthusiastic and supportive and seem to be truly rooting for everyone to meet their goals. Working out barefoot in a gym setting was a new experience for me and, I'm surprised to say, I really didn't hate it. It was particularly convenient when it was snowy and slushy outside and all I had to do was kick off my boots upon arrival and I was ready to go!
I like what they have to offer. I was disappointed that they wasted my time with a free 6 week offer that turned out to cost $600. They were like but we give it back to you no they dont they make you spend it on 3 months of services after you complete the 6 weeks. For a guy that thrives on free this was disappointing but I did like what I saw but just too pricey.

All my life, I've always hated working out with a passion, but I am not going to stay somewhat healthy forever! FBBC has completely changed my views about working out. It does not feel like a workout because the coaches and the other members are always so motivating. A 30-minute workout feels like a 10-minute workout! Plus, the staff knows ALL members by name, and they're always so positive and energetic. Also, they truly want what's best for their members. I have never been forced to follow their meal plan point-by-point or force me to count my calories or macros. They have taught me what works best for ME and how to reach my goals at MY own pace. They're always there to guide me every step of the way. Yes, it may be expensive, but I am getting a lot from them as well. I can't say enough great things about this place.

FBBC helped me kick start my fitness/diet program! The coaches knew my name and checked in on my progress routinely. The coaches are encouraging/enthusiastic, all positive energy. If you like group fitness classes, try out a class pass!
I'm not much of a social person. A little shy maybe. But this place really opened up my mind. Excellent place to work out. Friendly staff and excellent trainers. I Do recommend this place!
It is the perfect place to start your transformation and get back in shape. I had done the 6 week challenge and successfully completed it. I'd recommend this place to anyone anytime.
Fit Body Boot Camp is an amazing place to work out with an amazing community! I did the 6 week fitness challenge, which I was very hesitant about at first, but I have zero regrets now. Everyone at FBBC cares about you and wants you to be successful in whatever health journey you're on. Definitely check this place out!
Great coaches and awesome people in the AM. The atmosphere is nice, the workouts are great, but the only down part to my whole experience was the communication between the staffs and the old owner. Otherwise it nice here.
I decided to challenge myself by working out 4 times a week this year of 2018. I found this ad on facebook about "A boot camp 6 week challenge for free." I went to their interview and was asked several questions and the requirements to do it. My goal was to loose 5% body fat in those 6 weeks otherwise, I would loose $500 dollars. I guess my main motivation was the money :-). Since I usually work under a lot of pressure, I decided to do this challenge. As a result, Fit Body Boot Camp in Madison helped me change my diet habits and to lohose 6.1% body fat in 6 weeks! I was happy with the results and I do not regret doing this challenge whatsoever! I would do it again and if you want someone to push you positively forward and help you change your diet and work out habits, then you should try this and sign up!
I've been to many gyms but really love how Jade helps people go through a 6 week challenge that stresses the nutrition side of things. It makes sense now why weight loss never happened with just working out. I love how easy the meal plan was to follow and how supportive everyone is. It was hard work but worth it.
I've never been much of a bootcamp person, but this place has totally changed my perspective. There's so much energy and motivation in the sessions I've been too, I can't wait for the next one. After a few short weeks, already seeing great results. I'm definitely here to stay!
A great way to get a great workout! It really feels like being part of a team committed to fitness. Everyone is giving their best and the trainers/coaches keep you honest. The nutrition plan is just the added benefit to make sure you can fully meet your goals.
All of the staff members are awesome and the overall energy is very positive! This "gym" is non-intimidating and you'll find people (mostly women) of all fitness levels working to achieve various fitness goals. The group setting helps keep you motivated and the staff does a great job of knowing EVERYONE and making EVERYONE feel welcome, which, in turn, makes you more accountable to actually get to your workouts. The workouts are intense, but they're short, and if you stick with them and take advantage of the nutrition and guidance the owner provides, there's not much room for failure. I'd highly recommend to anyone, but especially women who are looking to lose weight and tone up!
I have been going to Fit Body since 2014 and still love every workout! The trainers are super supportive with fantastic energy, and make it so that every person of every ability feels capable and challenged. I am sore after every workout and continue to see amazing improvements in my body and energy levels. I highly recommend this place!
This is a gym where you get the full bang for your buck! I've been going for only a few months now and I've already seen dramatic changes. The trainers are super helpful and there's great accountability worked into the system. The nutrition coaching has been a big help. 30 minutes a day couldn't be more convenient!
I love this place! The trainers and staff know you by name, they care if you show up, they care about your nutrition, they make sure you are pushing yourself as hard as you can be. It is like having multiple personal trainers!
I have been doing this for just under 2 months and have already lost more weight than I thought possible. I really am excited to see where I am in 4 more months.
I would recommend this to any, of any body shape or athletic ability, to come and try this out. You won't be disappointed! And the best part besides the awesome results is just how great you feel. It is like a large family, you get to know people and they help motivate and push you as well. And when you are done with the workout you feel great! Yes you're sore but your brain is haooy, your brain is happy and really what more can you ask for?
They motivate you constantly without it being too much. Its a very positive and friendly atmosphere.
