Sorry you had that experience Keith. I also signed my daughter up for the ninja warriors class in the spring and we had a great experience. My daughter loved the additional gym fest event. It was an additional fee that I was more than willing to pay because of the the joy it brings to my daughter and Donna had made personalized shirts for the kids and received goal medals. It shows the business owner's commitment and passion in what she does with these classes and the kids involved in them. I've been taking my daughter to Donna's Gymnastics for 4 years and it has always been a positive fun learning and growing experience for us. It has been worth every penny.

Buyer beware. Signed my son up for their Ninja Warrior course. First class was very disorganized with equipment that was more suited to toddlers when the class was recommended for ages 7+. Kindly asked for a refund minus the cost of the first and only class my son attended and was told no, we do not provide refunds. We will not be recommending this place to our friends.
