I LOVED attending this studio and the classes I took were fantastic. It was one of my most positive experiences yoga wise since returning to Wisconsin and I thought I had found my studio home. I loved the variety in the classes and the kindness and support of the instructors. It was truly somewhere special. The barre class with Emily as well as the aroma yoga and hot yoga classes with Tara were my favorites! I am hopeful they will re-open and there will again be a vibrant yogi home in the community!

A close friend invited me to a class last october. I was hooked, feel in love with the practice and broaden both my personal and professional health and wellness education and business.
My training as a BSN, RN, I initially felt I found a safe community to become a healthy part of.
I registered for the 200 hr yoga instructor training program, made all of the purchases, and personal arrngements to.go.to Sedona. It was a mix. The owner had not secured location..rather than beat her up for that, I truly attempted to roll with things...her daughters had a lot to.offer, if their mother could have acknowledged that. I was put through four relocations, which was far from relaxing. A pair of exp. boots of mine were left...(in a letter to.yogs alliance, she actually blamed me for wearing them there in the first place, after all, this was yoga instruction, not motorcycle friendly??) Sheesh...it was winter, i wore boots...anyway, she had conjured up a buch of false assumptions about the time she left her daughter and me at one of the places she thought we might stay. She left, my phone was in that car. Rather tjan come and pick us up as she said.when she left, she texted instructions to her daughter for us to.get uber to new location. When we arrived, no apologies, no kindess, i had a sore throat was treating. She WENT OFF OF THE TWO OF US made her daugter cry, because her daugter and I knew that we were innocent of her false assumptions. She degraded her daugter in front of me. When i told her she was way off base, out of line, she kicked me out.
I had to find new location, get transportation, and fly home early.
I reported this to bbb and yoga alliance. I was gratefull for the time i spent with her daughters. Cool stuff. Sound healing session, which was probably why my throat.was aore the next day.
I suggested that she not be allowed to advertise teaching any one any thing for about a year. I do not know if this is why it is closing without notice...my friend started having the same problem, she is a single mom and business owner.
I do hope that she gets the help she needs. This was a great place...it could be again. She would need to.reach out to.those who trusted her, that wanted her, and this community to.suceed...This was why when i reported, i let them know that i felt it was a great service to the commuity...others were employed there, and others were benefitting...
