We did a drop in at the morning class and attended a really nice program. The owner of the box is super friendly. The box was also very clean and the equipment is in a good condition. We keep the drop in in good memory, greetings from Germany :-)
Dropped in for a couple classes over Labor Day weekend. Eric and the rest of the members were very welcoming. Great group of people that helped me find my way around the box.

This is a tough one to review because of all the different coaches. Definitely worth a shot. If you do a class and find that you didn't like the coaching, wait and try a different one.

I dropped in at CF 608, while visiting a friend's parents in Janesville, this weekend. What an awesome box! The members were friendly, coaching was comprehensive, facility and equipment was in excellent condition, and programming as a$$-kicking! All that you would want in a box - I felt right at home. If I'm ever back in Janesville, I will stop back in at CF 608. Thanks again!

I've seen great results in the past 3 months since I started... dropped 20+lbs, stronger, improved performance for other sports (endurance and vertical for VB, PR's running, etc). Join now!
