Great place to train with very approachable trainers. Classes are structured for all ability levels with a primary focus on proper technique and full body movements. If you walk in with no exercise in your life it's gonna be hard and demanding at first. If you don't know how to start. Stick with a trainer. It's worth $ the results. They are very helpful and work at you pace.... more
