Great place to train with very approachable trainers. Classes are structured for all ability levels with a primary focus on proper technique and full body movements

El gimnasio es asombroso y la gente que trabaja ahí también, en lo único que no estoy de acuerdo es que no tiene estacionamiento. Eso es un gran problema. Tienes que pagar por ser miembro y también tiene que pagar casi cincuenta dólares al mes por estacionamiento a la ciudad. Deberían arreglar eso.

This place is awesome!!! They have just gone thru a building renovation inside and out and they have put in all new exercise equjpment. They have new showers rooms that have a complete bathroom and are lockable for privacy staff is extremely friendly.
