The quarry used to be amazing when it wasn't popular years ago. Still is great for swim training, but not as much as before.
The improvements have kind of ruined it. It is unfortunately way too busy and popular now unless you go in the early morning when it isn't busy.

The swimming area looked beautiful. They also have a dock for you to launch kayaks. Also recommend fishing there. Caught some small large mouth and spotted a couple 14"-16" large mouth too. Scenery along the trail is also very nice for morning walks. Highly recommend people going here.

Beautiful swimming area. Plenty of space. Set up and hang out. Diving off the rocks is exhilarating. Fishes swim in clear water of the shallow. Amazing

This place is awesome! Beaches were clean and well maintained. Water was clean no seaweed or muckand no funky smell. Was very busy but has plenty of room to float around.

Great place to swim for free!! You can have life jackets, floaties and kayaks, blow up boats, etc. There is police that patrol the grounds. It is the BEST and very freshing place to go in Green Bay that is FREE!!

I love the quarry but there's barely parking space so most of the times I'm not even able to swim just because I can't find a spot.

A really awesome place! They have clearly put a lot of time and money into making this a pleasant and beautiful place for the public. Two beaches. It's big enough to never feel crowded when you swim.

Swim at your own risk. All the information is on a big billboard please read. Very nice place to swim on a hot day. Plus you can blast music and eat.

Great place to have some warm weather fun! Plenty of beach space and huge open water swimming area. It's deep (quarry) so flotation definitely advised.

Great place for family and friends! There are beaches on either side and you can dive off the natural rock in the middle. 10/10 would recommend!

Neat spot. Busy, lots of kids obviously. Hopefully it stays clean. No drinking aloud helps. Guys walking around monitoring. Please dont take your dog, it's a no pet area. This lady was watching her dog mark up the whole area. Not cool! Fun spot though.

Beautiful, but be safe. Bring floaters. No life guard on duty. Love the sand beach for rest, and cliffs for diving.

This place is awesome just to go and float! People say it should be closed because of some controversial recent drowning issues but it is swim at your own risk! So much fun!

Nice place to lay on the sand beach. Little ones can play in the sand but bring life jackets the shoreline goes from 6 inches to 200 feet deep in a matter of steps. Nice place to kayak or float on rafts again with life jackets. No life guard on duty here.

This place is a horrible idea. I honestly don't know what the Village was thinking. The Red Granite quarry had nine drownings before it closed. It's just a matter of time. It has a steep drop off and no lifeguards. Parking is a nightmare and it's way too crowded.
Not to mention, everytime someone thinks it a great idea to offer something free to people, you end up getting a bunch of cigarette smoking, loudmouth drunks from all over the area who see this as their next spot to pillage. They need to charge an admission to non-residents, hire staff, and have lifeguards. I'd be curious to know how many times the cops have been called there this year...

What was once a cool quiet swimming spot is now a loud, hot and crowded beach. A parking nightmare, dangerous drop offs and a pedestrian nightmare. Sad....

Great new swiming hole. Can be trouble finding a parking spot on a nice day, also have seen cops hiding in areas near by trying to "trap" beach go-ers on there way in or out of the area. Did i mention its free!

Sand is really squishy...at least on one end. Maybe because it is new and needs to settle. Gets deep fast and unpredictably. a little murkey too...maybe from the new sand? Pretty location. Good temperature water.
