Wonderfull gym :)) I love how I dont miss out on enjoying the sunshine and inspiration from the flowing Chippewa River while Im gett'n on my fitness. Lydia n Paul are so supportive, kind and very knowledgeable, they run a good clean ship. They constantly have new members coming in, very attentive, great flow of vibrant n focused gym users. The gym is not expansive, though it has plenty of room to breathe with fanned-high ceilings n great layout; essentials of fitness are all there. My faves, battle ropes and a wood/cushioned lifting platform + 2 other spots for lifting:)) You'll Luv it! ^_^

Manager went above an beyond expectations. Came from out of town and forgot my FOB. took care of the issue and was able to work out hassle free. Enough equipment to get you through any work out.

The people at the gym have been great! They helped me through a couple things with my membership. The location is perfect. I can get in my workout and get on to the next item on my to do list. I would recommend this place to anyone looking at working out.
