I'm so glad I joined. I'm 51 as of the day in writing this, and 247 lbs. After 3.5 years in a cubicle and a back into two winters ago,I needed to do something to get back in shape. This gym has been such a positive experience for me! People who work there have gone out of their way to learn my name. I've been challenged but at that sweet spot where it's not too hard but definitely harder than if have pushed myself.
The physical appearance of the gym is excellent. Clean, well lit, music is playing but not blaring. Lockers room is a tad small. The stream room is excellent. Highly recommend that after a workout.
They encouraged me to buy the highest level but weren't pushy. Hey, it's a business, it's there to sell services and products. Can't fault them for trying. But they didn't push so hard as to be annoying.
I'm really glad I joined. I feel better after two weeks. Physically, yes, but not just that! Winter blues are not kicking my butt any more. I feel a lot better!!

Upbeat friendly staff. Great at listening to you. Sydney, Alex & your receptionist (?name) were all tops. Smooth sign in process. Love the opportunities from treadmills to weight machines to pool and even dry sauna for men. And free 1st trainer meeting is a great perk!

Great gym, nice people, clean, friendly staff, good classes, plenty of room, great price, excellent location, message the mgr. when stuff is broken and it is fixed promptly, great wifi, plenty of TVs to see while working out on cardio equipment...all around Awesome gym with Perks Incentives! #FavoriteGym

Experience Fitness has been an amazing gym! I joined in January and everyone there has been extremely helpful and friendly. Whether I am working out on the machines or swimming in the pool, everyone seems to want to see me succeed in my journey to a healthy lifestyle. Everything is always clean and I would highly recommend this gym to anyone!

This place is very conveniently located. It has an array of equipment and space for multiple styles of lifting; from the bigger that would prefer machine work, and cardio equipment, the the advanced lifter looking for racks, and platforms.
I've been a member of this gym since it was a Gold's gym (2009). I have seen a tremendous level of improvement, not just in the facility, but in the staff.
One of the most impressive aspects of this gym is the staff. From top down, these guys and girls are committed to improving the service of their members, as well as themselves. They train regularly, interact with the members regularly, and approach the members very respectfully.

Great equipment with plenty of variety. Professional staff. Convenient hours. Clean. I have dual memberships with the Menasha location and live the same distance from both, but always seem to migrate to Appleton location. I love this gym. My second home.

Everyone is so friendly, Donny, the manager is always right there to help you with anything you might need. Also, parents, the kids club is AWESOME. My kids beg me to take them to the gym with me! I have been going to this gym for almost 7 years. I have had a trainer the whole time. And while that is expensive, Trainer Dan has motivated me, switched up my workouts and held me responsible. I have been able to lose weight and keep it off! He is always teaching me about food and eating. Other than training with Dan, I also love this gym because they are constantly improving the equipment and the classes. I started taking Q class in April and I LOVE IT!!! I love seeing my heart rate while I'm working out. It's a tough workout that makes you feel like you've accomplished a lot! (I attached a screenshot of my Q workout, showing my % effort of my heart rate)
One last thing about this gym is the people! The employees are always friendly, but the gym goers are the best part. Some days I don't get much done because I'm talking. I always look forward to seeing happy people who care!

Wonderful place to workout. Provides complete value of your money. 24 hours access. Heated pool. Steam room. Definitely recommend.

The facility is always clean and offers a wide variety of exercise opportunities. The staff is well trained and customer friendly. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive in customizing programs to meet everyones' fitness goals. Overall, a great place to come to improve yourself in a safe, fun atmosphere.

I love it there. I am recognized and welcomed as soon as I enter by Will. Also when I leave too. The staff is always willing to help you out with any questions too. I love the swimming pool. I would recommend anyone to this place.

I've purchased a membership here a few different times, as I've moved out of state and back a few times. This gym has a great atmosphere for people who are just starting to work out, and for people who are experienced and would like to go to a serious gym. The facility has been expanding its offerings for years, and they've recently converted sections of the facility to keep up with growing fitness trends. Aside from the great workout you can get with the vast selection of equipment, this facility and the staff work hard to keep it clean and respectable. The child-care staff is extremely competent, and have been great with my son since we got him his membership at 3months old. Overall, this location caters to a lot of people, and given enough time, you'll see a lot of the same people time and time again.

Sanitizing wipes and sprays look cheap and watered down. Bathrooms can use extra attention for the premium price we pay. Just a thought. I'd give it 5 stars if they these issues.

Ive been a member for 14 months. I love the club. The staff is very friendly and professional. Its a busy club full of energy and people of all ages who are serious about their workouts and still friendly. Its clean and rarely do i see machines out of order. Ive belonged to 4 other health clubs in the fox valley and this one is by far the best.

Staff is very rude, pushy and unprofessional. Management will call and claim dissatisfied customers are liars and disregard any concerns and hang up on them.
I asked to cancel by phone and the operator became very rude, claimed there is no manager, and hung up on me. I immediately started receiving obscene phone calls.
I called a different location that I have never been to and they confirmed that what I was told was false and it is possible to cancel by phone. They could look up my account by my caller ID, and send a confirmation to the email on file with no problems.
Gym can be crowded besides having to put up with the staffing problems.

The Appleton location has not opened on time several times this year on the weekend. On weekends the front desk personnel will play on their phone and all the paper towel dispensers will be empty, including the bottles of cleaner. No one is friendly abd acts like you're a pain.

The facility is nice, meaning the building itself. It is always so busy whenever you go that there is no way to properly work out. The vibes are extremely negative unless your a meat head. I have gone in a few times to sign up, and each time I have been told that there is nobody there to sign me up, but I can look around if I would like. Looking around, the theater is nice, the equipment looks a bit outdated, the steam room is disgusting, and the tanning beds look like something out of a horror movie! The place definitely needs a good cleaning, updates, and to be staffed properly. Until then, I will stick to my membership at Planet Fitness.

Great price. Have full membership so can use all the amenities including other locations. Cons are the people at the check in desk are dumb as a box of rocks. Dont ask them anything,they never have the answers and I've been a member for several years. Other con is hours of operation. They need to be a 24/7 gym. Pros are price,great trainers and location. More locations would be great!!

Nice facility but shady pricing structure. $9.99 per month sounds good but there's a 39.99 annual fee to pay, which makes the real price more like $13.30 per month, which isn't bad but it just rubs me wrong to run a business that way. My credit card # also recently changed because it was lost. Forgot to update it with them so my monthly payment was delayed by 5 days. They hit me with a $20 late payment fee over this.
