I recently signed up to have a sit down with a trainer named Kristina. And let me tell you, I felt understood and a very motivated!She is highly knowledgeable and very dedicated to her craft! This gym is always clean and well staffed, I feel welcomed in a place I normally avoid.

Love coming here never had any issues . . A lot of the treadmills are temporarily out of order . I can't wait for their new location to open ..

Some staff members are really rude. Few things I can see that need improvement are I never see any staff cleaning the lockers some of them are really dirty. Also they should be moving around the floor letting people know the importance of wiping down the equipment after they are done using it. Lots of machines have been done for awhile.

Paid for a membership a few months back but never went in and did anything with it.....at all. I physically never went to one of their locations untill today. They advertise that you only have to pay for the months you use.......but somehow I have four months worth of owed debt there. What? Went round and round with the guy at the counter who affirmed that they don't bill you for months you don't use but still wanted me to pay for months I didn't use. I knew the whole thing sounded to good to be real. I am now a proud member of West Valley Fitness, it cost a little more buy they have better equipment anyway. Response to Response: You people advertise that people won't have to pay for months they don't access the gym on your base plan.......regardless if the plan allows access or not, no work outs, no charge yet I was charged repeatedly without ever once stepping a foot on any location and after only signing up for one month. This companies business model is one of deceiving their customers into believing they are getting a deal when in fact they are just getting a normal gym membership with access to half a gym. Like I stated it's "RIDICULOUS." I'm sure I'm not West Valley Fitness's only member who joined to try and forget about my Planet Fitness debacle. If I could no star this company I would.

Great gym, my favorite Yakima for sure! I pay about $30 a month, but I'm able to bring my wife each time I go, so really the monthly fee super cheap. Super clean facility. I like that they don't use any paper towels; it's smart to not have that much waste list of wipe-off machines. There's plenty of room and lots of machines for everyone. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a gym and Yakima. If you find this review helpful please give it a like.

It's affordable, a decent gym. I've run into a few times where the equipment doesn't work or it's broken but I guess you get what you paid for.

I would warn anyone away from song business with a company that has no problems with fraudulently taking money from your bank account AFTER you have contacted them about cancelling your membership after moving due to a family emergency. I have even had Stop Payment made at my bank. After I discovered that Planet Fitness had has 700 complaints filed against them, and growing, I realized that they use predatory and fraudulent tactics as a habit.

This gym does get busy at certain times but that is why I ALWAYS check before I head there. There will always be those pre work and post work rushes and I tend to go after or before those happen. They are up front about everything INCLUDING the yearly fee. I don't know what people are talking about maybe they don't listen. People will always find something to be mad about. This gym is the cheapest I've found $10 dollars for the white card and $20 for the black. I have the black card because I love the extra stuff. This gym helps me get my workout in especially when I want nothing to do with cardio and am more of a weight person. I will say that when I get more advanced I will have to find a different gym because they don't have heavy weights and that's okay, this is a beginner gym.

I really like this gym because it's cheap and has a nice selection on machines. The locker rooms is nice. The only thing that sucks, because it's so cheap, it gets packed and that makes it hard to find an open machine sometimes.

I love this place. It has a nice selection of equipment. It's not a converted office space, it's pretty big. The locker rooms are comparable to the executive (upgrade) locker rooms I've found in other gyms. If you're looking for a garage like feel with lots of free weights (though they do have them) large tires to throw around and over turn and people striving to become walking meat walls this is not for you. If, however, you want an opportunity to get a good workout, strength or endurance, in a large, clean well staffed environment with a variety of options this is a great place to do it. Oh and by the way they're the least expensive gym I've ever belonged to (over a doz.). They also have an upgrade for $10/month that gives you access to some nice amenities. I love the massage chairs and massage hydro-beds. Definitely worth the price, I use these after every work out and feel amazing afterward. There's tanning too for those that like it (I'm not a fan). Wish I'd joined here instead of signing an 18 month contract somewhere else first. This place is so much better.

This place is horrible! They charge you extra, don't let you know when and how much the cancellation fee is. The service is horrible has well, I do Not suggest this place, & I'd rather pay 35$ for great service people and all that. I am beyond upset about the service I got and the price I am paying right now.

This location has plenty of machines, so it doesn't matter what time of day you go. They clean regularly and offer tanning, and well as showers (someone our local smaller gyms do not provide).
Located in a mini strip, there is plenty of parking at all time.
Easy to get in and out, so you can go during your lunch time.

Love this gym, just wish they had some squat racks with a free bar and not connected slanted squat racks. Otherwise awesome!
