Really enjoy coming to this gym. Has great equipment always clean. The trainers are awesome always have time to show you new things even if your not doing a session with them( which I highly recommend doing). Tanning and hydro massage beds are a plus.

My husband and I struggled for years to get in a routine workout let alone know what to do and the right form. We were able to set up a few training sessions with a phenomenal trainer and since then have really been motivated and consistent. Being as inactive as I was, it has been a struggle in changing our diet and staying hydrated. Our personal trainer has really helped us in more ways than expected. She has helped us stay committed to our workout sessions, has been extremely patient with us making her schedule flexible, and we have learned many workouts that my husband and I can do together. It has truly been a great experience and we are grateful for their tremendous customer service!

I was referred to Crunch by a friend and so glad she did. Staff is super friendly. Tons of great equipment... not crowded. The clientele is regular people...not at all intimidating. My husband is working with a trainer and very happy with the results he is getting. Also locker rooms are clean.

THEY HAVE A DECLINE BENCH!!! Should be standard, but this is the only Crunch I've found that has one. I rearrange my workout schedule, so if I know I'm going to be in Vancouver, it's on chest day.

Nice staff, great prices, clean facility. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
If you want a place that is truly NO JUDGMENT this is the place to go NOT planet fitness. And they are comparatively priced too.

I really like the Crunch Gym at this location. People are nice, plenty of free weights, machines, treadmills and more. Service is great, people are friendly and the bathrooms are clean!

Really clean gym and not a lot of people. Have everything needed for a good workout and price is good enough. Recommend to do the 1 day free trial and try it out.

The employee's give you false information, I called 3 times to speak to a manager and was told they were going to call me back and I never got a call!! Save your money and go else where.

The people that work at this crunch location are truly there to help and support you in your goals. They go above and beyond there rolls to make sure you have the best experience. I have always felt uneasy going to gyms but the crunch family make me feel so comfortable. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love the weights and the atmosphere, Just wish it was 24 hours or closed later, Due to me working late they close sometimes by the time im off work and i can't workout

I switched to Crunch from a different gym and I am so glad that I did. I mainly go the the Crunch - Vancouver Plaza location because it is such a nice gym with personable people. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the trainers are engaged as well as knowledgeable. The manager personally assisted me with the setup of the account and she was a great help! Definitely 5 out of 5 stars!
