Most any gym will be more affordable and generally better than the YMCA. The YMCA harms the community with predatory employment practices and the community would be better off without the YMCA.

I like the staff and I feel its a great place to work out. All one has to do is ask advice of a staff member or anyone who works at this gym, they are all helpful. You can meet new friends here - and if you want to develop a fitness plan, its very easy to get the advice and encouragement you need...I know because I have been a member here for over 5 years

The staff is very kind I will say that. However the Bathrooms are always really gross and dirty. Hold times on phone are super long and the system they have tells you you are caller number 3, then 2 then 1 then goes back and forth to 3. It is obvious that they need help wihh their phone system as the que is not working and skipping over people holding forever. Also they debited my account for way more then I agreed to and put me negative in my account and then said they issued a refund but my bank sees nothing yet. So I have to pay my bank fees because they can't get the money back to me until after the weekend which really ruins me with my bank rn. Not happy and not planning to keep this membership I don't think

I brought my 5 year old autistic son into the female locker room after swimming so I could utilize the bathing suit spinner to get our clothes dry because we do not own a vehicle and don't have our own washer and dryer and got scolded by the staff telling me that the age limit was 4 years old. I am a paying member, I don't use a community service agency to use the YMCA and as a member to be told that I can't bring my son with me is ridiculous

You guys have always been wonderful. I will admit I did have a moment today where I was customer but you guys were so helpful even when I was being rude. I am terribly embarrassed but you guys are so great!

I love the Y, love all the classes, child watch, pool, and equipment, the only thing that I'm not to happy about is now that my son (7) is to old for child watch he goes in the back room but there isn't anyone there to watch him, I and others pay enough to have the middle kids (7-preteen) be watched so parents don't have to worry about them, just because they are to old to be in child watch doesn't mean they are old enough to be by themselves. My son knows to stay in that room but just like lots of kids they like to wonder and stuff.

Great place to work out... Very friendly as well as family oriented... Asses are almost always free which is nice not to have to pay extra and should care is provided under membership as well love it... Facility is respectful to all my kids and myself greater with a smile with I come in and when I leave
