Good sized gym with nice staff. The issue is that they aren't keeping the place up. Speakers are all blown, water station doesn't work half the time and they are closed to often. It seems like any small holiday (plus the day after sometimes) they are closed. I understand the major holidays but come on... it's a gym! Not a school!
Decent equipment. They are trying to make it better but the gym is older and it shows. Good people and a decent gym where you rarely have to wait for equipment.
Best gym in Puyallup, Tacoma and Lakewood area. Best machines. Good customer service. Very clean environment.
Awesome place
This is hands down the best gym I have ever been to. I have been a member of all the gyms around, and I love this place, It's clean, Never crowded. I can always get to a machine or the weights I want to. They have lots of Awesome classes and great personal trainers to fit your needs, plus a full time cleaning staff. ( I don't like dirty gym's like the Y). I am concerned about writing a good review and then too many people going there though, but good business needs to be recognized.
