I've had Jason in the past and he is a good personal trainer with good teaching skills but his business practice is horrible. I am shocked by this recent email. He has said this to me in the past but NOTHING changed. He causes inconveniences by making last minute (the day of he will contact you to cancel) changes. It happend to me at least every other month. I am shocked by his recent group email:
"I hope that you are having a great start start to your summer season despite our weather here in Seattle showing us otherwise.
I wanted to take a moment to touch base and cover sessions and classes here at 212. As many of you have experienced, I brought on several trainers in the hope that it would increase what I could offer here at the gym. My best intentions ended up having the reverse affect and I owe many of you an apology. Many of the sessions and classes that you signed up for under me, did not meet the expectations that you rightfully had coming in to 212. I often had other trainers on hand and in my place, this may have come across as me passing you off and misleading. This was never my intention and I did not do a great job maintaining what my expectations were with my staff. Although this a group email, I apologize to each of you and I take full responsibility and fully understand your concerns and feelings. 212 is my life and my "baby" and training you is my passion. Moving forward, when you sign up online or with me, you will be directly with the trainer you sign up under. I will also be handling all of the classes and majority of individual training sessions from here on out.
If you have any further questions, concerns or feedback, please reach out to me or feel free to talk to me during sessions or after classes. Thank you for taking the time to read this email. Have an amazing rest of your day and week!
