This yoga studio is warm and clean and welcoming. Both Christa and Kim are excellent teachers. Christa teaches there Sunday and Thursday at 6pm and her instruction is so detailed and customized that I have found new expressions of poses I have been in hundreds of times. She seems to be able to read her students and offer modifications or change the pace of the class as needed. I would highly recommend her and the studio for both new and experienced people looking for balance and renewal.

Kim is an amazing teacher. She was actually my first yoga teacher 14 years ago, and then I lost touch with her, because I was taking her classes through the now defunct Discover U. Well after trying multiple other styles and studios, I've finally found her again. Kim creates a community in her classroom where everyone can succeed. It is truly a haven for those of us who always feel a little out of place doing yoga. Not so with Kim. And she's super affordable and super sweet! Awesome experience!

After going to Kim's level 1 class for the first time, I felt truly at home in my body. No other yoga class has done that for me, and Kim's calming presence, and warm sense of humor seems to make any pose achievable. With class sizes at around six to seven people max, I get all the benefits of one-on-one instruction, with prices comparable to other Seattle yoga studios. This is yoga for real people, whatever age, body type, fitness level you are at, you will come away from Kim's classes refreshed and ready to tackle anything!

Kim is amazing at helping you learn what your body can do, and helping you to love it more. I always enjoyed the joy Kim infuses in her classes. My practice really improved when she explained there is no perfect end pose to strive for, but that the right pose was the pose I could do now. Kim is great at including everyone - and I mean everyone - in her classes, including accomodating students with limited mobility. Her prices are very reasonable, especially for the value. Kim not only improved my yoga practice, she improved my life. You should let her do the same for you!
