InsideOut YogaThis yoga studio is warm and clean and welcoming. Both Christa and Kim are excellent teachers. Christa teaches there Sunday and Thursday at 6pm and her instruction is so detailed and customized that I have found new expressions of poses I have been in hundreds of times.... more
