Joined the den and attended my first class today. I attended a beginners' class and was so pleased with the instructor's help and explanations each step of the way. I never felt out of place and was always able to adjust each position to my own ability. Learning to breathe and find my inner peace will be a great journey for me; and I look forward to continued sessions at the den. Everyone is friendly and helpful.
