The team at Orange Theory - Capitol Hill is the best! When I first joined OTF, my only goal was to workout every day. I wasn't motivated by weight loss, or training for a fitness event. I wanted a supportive studio environment where I could break a sweat and get a little exercise. Since starting, I have achieved this goal and accomplished so much more. These days, I consider working out part of my daily routine. It's a powerful habit I have built over time with support and encouragement from the OTF - Capitol Hill team and members. I find myself setting personal goals each week (run, don't walk on the tread; accomplish personal bests, complete Hell Week etc.) and the coaches always seem to know when I am in need of a little added "push." Thank you!

OTF has been a great channel to get me back into shape and meet my health goals. The team at my home studio are friendly, knowledgeable and extremely encouraging. The flexibility of being able to access any studio in the States really works for my lifestyle and will keep me accountable during my busy work travels. Thanks OTF and a special thanks to the Capitol Hill Seattle team...you all rock!

I absolutely love OTF and it is a part of my workout fitness goals. I have become stringer and healthier then just going to a regular gym. I look group fitness and feel like the instructors encourage and push you to do your best!

The staff are really patient and nice with newcomers. They're knowledgeable about the workout, how to talk to all kinds, and about the packages and pricing options. I'm excited about it!

Good variety, fast-paced and intense, but customizable (I was able to dial it down while recovering from an injury and still had a great,,fun, and safe workout!)

If you are going to sign up for Orange Theory, do it at a different location. This location is the worst in terms of customer service. After being a loyal member for months and months, I tried to cancel my account for a variety of reasons. I did this both in person and made several attempts over the phone (7-8) before finally being connected to the manager. Before this, each person who answered the phone would tell me that the "woman in charge of cancellations was on vacation". If that is true, why isn't there someone else with this capability in the office while she is out?! Such a waste of time and every person I spoke to would tell me they would call me right back, and then would never follow back up. Since you have to cancel at the exact location you signed up at, I suggest picking a nearby different location to begin at (or not at all).

The coaches, staff and members at OTF Capitol Hill are by far the best I've encountered. The energy at this studio is phenomenal. I highly recommend checking them out, you won't regret it!

have tried to cancel my membership since moved. faxed form in. call everyday with ZERO response from a "manager", who seems to be the only person to be able to cancel policies. When I call always told that "manager" will call me back and never does. Ridiculous you have to go in person to cancel a membership. Filled out paperwork and faxed | confirmed received and still no action on my request. am still being charged monthly for this studio that I do not go to and followed protocol for terminating my membership. This organization is a racket! Going to report to the BBB.

I canceled on October 23rd, in person, because I lost my job. They have continued to take money out in November, December and January. I will never be a member of a club where I don't have power to control my own membership.

It's already a pain in the ass to have to cancel IN PERSON. I jumped through the hoops and I'm still 300+ in the hole.

Let me count the ways I love Orangetheory:

1. I love the cardio and strength combination. These HIIT workouts are so effective, and I always feel like I've worked my ass off each and every class.
2. There's always a killer soundtrack to keep you pumped during class.
3. I also love the mix of workouts/number of sets/repetitions/etc. Sometimes when you go to a regular gym, you don't even think to mix up your routine (or for that matter how many variations of a workout you can do to target specific muscle ares).
4. The ability to monitor my heart rate and keep track of my progress through class. If I happen to look up and see I'm a few percentage points away from entering another zone...it motivates me to work harder!
5. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable/dedicated trainers.
6. Corporate discounts on memberships.

I just moved to the area and have been trying the many OTF studios in Seattle. So far the coaches at this location are my favorite. Also, pro is they have two bikes, as opposed to most studios that have only one. Con is they are never in great working order--last time I went one had a missing pedal strap and the other had a loose pedal. I'm not picky, but you have to be able to secure your feet in properly to go hard on the bike.

This place is phenomenal. The trainers are amazing. They are always so encouraging. They are great at helping you with the work out.
My favorite thing about orange theory is they say hi, and there is a really great positive energy there that I haven't got from other places I've been to. Overall I've had the greatest experience there then any other gym I've been to.

It was a great workout. I wasn't sure if it was that intense as soreness is my gauge, typically. Day one I did not feel a thing...but holy cow, two days out and I am sore in all kinds of new places. Thanks for pushing me during that workout. I am contemplating coming back for a few more. It was definitely my best sweat of the year so far and I work out almost daily.

I have only taken a few classes so far, but I love the energy and attitude of the trainers as well as the other people taking the classes. It is unlike any other group fitness class I have taken. I love that the workouts are always different and challenging. Would definitely recommend trying a class!

1. It changes every day (never gets boring!) and is the first workout I've ever been excited about2. It gets you results if you put the effort in. I'm in the best shape of my life after coming to the Cap Hill studio for the last 6 months.3. The coaches who's classes I regularly attend know me, know my abilities, my goals, and are always helping to support me and encourage me to reach them. 4. Everyone, from the front desk staff to the coaches, are super high energy, caring, and helpful!
