Making the decision to start training at IanFitness is probably one of the best choices I've ever made in my life! No joke.
I was pretty athletic while I was in school, but since I started my 9-5pm gig at the office several years ago, my life became pretty sedentary, and with all the late night eating and happy hours stacked on top - well, my lifestyle became less than ideal.
But ever since I made the commitment to myself to do something about it, by picking up the phone to call Ian after reading so many fabulous reviews online, I seriously haven't looked back since!
My main trainer, Justin is seriously the best - he makes each session totally unique, different and fun, customized specifically to what I need - so it keeps me guessing so I'm never like, "oh this again...". Be prepared to get your butt kicked though - he works you HARD and will constantly push you to your limits (just do one more!!!) - but I will guarantee you will see results! He is super motivating, and even when I'm dying from a set of workout, we always end up laughing about it in the end. His motivation doesn't stop there - I've personally struggled with eating clean, and knowing that, Justin will send me a friendly text in the middle of the day to remind and encourage me to make the right decisions, which has been so helpful in trying to stay on track. He seriously cares about each and every single client, and that's what makes him stand out from the rest! One downfall is that he has a pretty packed schedule already, and sometimes you have to book in advance, but he has been super flexible and will work with you to get you in, reschedule if you can't make it, etc.
Overall, the whole IanFitness team is so incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and gets 2 thumbs up!
