The workouts are challenging but not impossible or super strenuous by any means. The more effort you put in and the greater the commitment you have, the better your results will be. The mix between running, rowing, and body/weighted exercises keeps the workout fun! The trainers/instructors/staff are super friendly and pay special attention to you if you are new to the class, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed the challenge and now know I can push myself a little harder. I'd definitely recommend to others!
