We have been to a lot of OTF locations in many states, and this one is THE BEST. Great front desk staff, coaches that are on point with ques and clear instructions/ For sure if you do Orange Theory, give this location a try.

The staff and workouts are awesome. I searched and searched, I had even joined gyms 2x as much as OTF and did get the results and enjoyment out of a work out class. I'm hooked! I'm bummed my fave. coach is leavin, the others are also good but he's just funny and makes the class more entertaining.

The studio here is great. This is not my home studio, but they made me feel like it was! Thank you for all your feedback and extra time talking to me about ways I could modify my workout to address my shoulder dislocation issues. Really helpful!

I go to the Belltown location & the coaches are amazing. I love how the workouts change daily & the coaches will show you the correct way if you are doing something wrong. I also appreciate the fact that you can use the heart rate monitor when you are no in the gym.

Love this place! The workouts, staff and coaches have helped me change my life. I love it all. The classes are always different. Never gets boring and ALWAYS A CHALLENGE! My husband and I have been coming for 16 weeks now and our transformation has been amazing! We normally take Anna's class because she is the best and we love her but we've also had Jen, Brittany, Dan, Joshua and Kristen...which I think may be all of them and we've never been disappointed. 10 STARS

It was a ton of fun, and the hour literally felt like ten minutes. I was engaged throughout, and the coach came by a few times to check on me and to give me some tips about my form. I REALLY like that the coaches are knowledgeable, show you the exercise for weights, and check in with you. They don't leave you to flop around on your own! I've already recommended it to a few of my friends.

It really pushes you to do your personal best. As a naturally competitive person, I never realized that seeing the progress of others directly surrounding me is what highly motivates me to push further beyond what I would do on my own. I also love the combination of cardio and weight training. The training workouts are always different and new, and the running even feels different each time. The trainers have all been very helpful so far and the front desk ladies and gents (shout-out to Denise!) are always supportive.

I've been to lots of OTF studios and this one is my favorite as far as layouts go. There is more floor space between everything and it goes a long way to not feeling like you're running into your neighbors. I've enjoyed the instructors I've had so far at this location as well.

The workouts are challenging but not impossible or super strenuous by any means. The more effort you put in and the greater the commitment you have, the better your results will be. The mix between running, rowing, and body/weighted exercises keeps the workout fun! The trainers/instructors/staff are super friendly and pay special attention to you if you are new to the class, which I really appreciated. Overall, I enjoyed the challenge and now know I can push myself a little harder. I'd definitely recommend to others!
