Classes are hard ,but great fun. Manily HIIT workouts focused on building Power, Strength and Endurance. If taken seriously, results are visible pretty quickly.

Very helpful, kind staff. They understand a person's goals. The workout sessions keeps you very motivated. The place is small in Lower Queen Ann but still everyone manages to get enough space. I really loved it.
Best part about OTF is even if you are working out with 10 other people, you work out in your own pace. Your heart rate is monitored which helps you understand how your body is reacting to certain workouts and there is no peer pressure. In general OTF gives you a good way of planning your fitness starting from booking the classes or cancelling them according to your convenience , maintaining your base pace, etc. There is a class with a coach who gives out instructions and yet you have all the control for your fitness, which is really great.

Changing my review. Depending on who you speak with, they may or may not tell you their pricing tiers (relatively inexpensive). Regardless I took a free class and it was a positive experience. Not a rower but that is part of their workout and their workouts were comparatively easier than their competitors in the area, therefore probably not returning (this depends on the person). I'd recommend though if you live close and need something to keep you motivated as you start fitness journey.

I heard a lot about this place and wanted to try it. But it is just over crowded and badly managed. I wanted to try a session and I got one scheduled for tuesday evening. The person on the phone just told me to come in early than my schedule to get the paper work done. I went in 20mins early started filling the form and the guy on the counter said that I was late and have to reschedule. I felt really bad for going all the way till there. Cannot give less than 1 star!

I love the trainers and their music selection, it's always a great combo to keep me going. After going a while the trainers got to know me and my ability which helps keep me honest when they offer me a heavy weight or suggest a faster speed. LQA is especially awesome because there's always parking!

Facility, coaches and workouts are great. Front-desk staff, not so much. Ask about the heart rate monitor BEFORE you join... they are fairly shady about this.

Orange theory offers both a physically and mentally challenging work out! Before I started taking classes, I hadn't run in over 5 years and I didn't think I could be a runner. My main reason for joining was for heart strength and my overall health. Over the past 6 months I've noticed a huge difference in my cardio vascular/ strength, determination and confidence. The teachers I've taken from are all amazing and have their own unique style. David is hands down my favorite. He can multi task unlike any teacher I've met, is very positive and has amazing alignment tips. I always feel safe in his classes. His upbeat attitude is infectious. Tiffany is amazing and teaches a solid class. She has great tips and made asking for alternatives exercises (for my injury) very easy. Dre and Chase are both very encouraging, play GREAT music and their classes push me out of my comfort zone. Dre makes class fun at 5:30am. Yes, fun even that early in the morning! Everyone that works at the front desk are kind and welcoming. The lower Queen Anne studio is just my favorite and I would highly recommend it to all.

Class format gym. Running, rowing and body weight weights. If that is what you want then this place is great.

I LOVE that everyone's performance is up and visible. It really shows if you are not giving it your all. I also love the reality check. There were times that I felt like I was pushing really hard, but numbers don't lie. Seeing that I was just barely in the Orange or still in the Green made me realize that I can and need to push harder. I also love that the trainer wasn't in my face trying to motivate me. Even while pregnant she was showing us how to do moves and make them doable for each of us. I loved the atmosphere!

I love that it's a hard workout for 60 minutes. Get in/get out - done. Works great with my schedule and I feel great about myself afterwards.

I love OT - it's a hard work out but I can work at my level and the coaches are always good about finding alternate exercises for me due to some old injuries. It's def hard tho - in the beginning I could only go 2X a week. Bit that makes a difference!

Hard workout! But the staff is very helpful. You will definitely go at your own rhythm and feel motived to continue. If you are looking for something slow pace save yourself some money and don't go.

Great trainers and a really good workout. Overall I've had a really good experience here and am happy to be on the unlimited monthly plan (it's around $165/month). The only limitation is that it's a smaller sized fitness studio and the 6:30am and 5:30pm classes tend to fill up with long wait lists.

I've been coming to OrangeTheory for over 2 years and can't get enough! The trainers are motivating and so fun to be around. They are always available to help with perfecting form or giving tips for healthy eating. The energy is intoxicating and I love it!
