Very helpful, kind staff. They understand a person's goals. The workout sessions keeps you very motivated. The place is small in Lower Queen Ann but still everyone manages to get enough space. I really loved it.
Best part about OTF is even if you are working out with 10 other people, you work out in your own pace. Your heart rate is monitored which helps you understand how your body is reacting to certain workouts and there is no peer pressure. In general OTF gives you a good way of planning your fitness starting from booking the classes or cancelling them according to your convenience , maintaining your base pace, etc. There is a class with a coach who gives out instructions and yet you have all the control for your fitness, which is really great.
