I love this location. I've only checked out a few up here in Seattle, and while I think this is one of the bigger ones it's also has such a great energy to it maybe that's because I've been coming here consistently and as you get to know the staff it feels like an extended family. I live a block away I know that parking can be an issue in general but here's a tip, Park a couple blocks north or couple blocks south of Market Street and there should be a unmetered 2 hour + parking.

All of the coaches here are great and super supportive and there to answer all of your questions and help you be the best version of yourself. I know that it seems to be one of them are popular Studios so to try and book your classes at least a couple weeks in advance and if you must cancel cancel the night before.

While I love all the coaches, music is so important to me for setting the mood so I must admit that I like to book coach Aaron's class the most as he plays EDM and harder Rock.

I must insist that if you have a question during a class get the coaches attention and ask that's what they're here for, that's what you are paying for aside from the experience to better yourself and better your form!

Not only is Orange Theory's concept great for busy working professionals this particular gym has a great vibe of acceptance. 3 months in, I enjoy coming to class. I receive a friendly welcome upon entering the building, happy to see others in my class and also my favorite coaches who always take a minute to check in. I will probably never love working out but this as close as it gets.

The workout had a good mix of core, some upper body, full body with rowing and lower body with treadmills. Very good coaching. Well organized heart rate monitoring with good overhead visual display for the people working out. Appropriate stretching at the end.

Stop withholding pricing information. My first inquiry via email was to find out the price and the person that replied danced around the information until I kept repeating my direct question. She actually stated that they don't reveal pricing until after you've tried a class. Listen. I have a budget and that budget will not change just because a class was fun. I need to know before I walk in the door if this gym will suit my financial lifestyle. I'm a former crossfiter and was considering this as an alternative. That also means I'm also familiar with higher prices. I can look at any crossfit gym in the country and find direct pricing information without ever having to talk to someone. I eventually got a price per class out of the person over email, but it still didn't reveal the monthly price. Instead of wasting more time talking to someone who works here, I Googled it. Turns out it's cheaper than crossfit. However, because of the dishonesty and pushback, I decided to join a cheaper gym that has crossfit as an add-on. If I do choose to add it, which is likely, it will be a little more expensive than the membership here. Take notes, Orangetheory. Honesty really is the best policy. Please pass this on to corporate.
