(Pre-COVID) 3 huge deal breakers here. No towels like they had when I first signed up (unless you're old and rich and tip the girl at the counter I guess). Cancel/reschedule nearly all their classes on a near daily basis. They are not open 24 hours, closing every evening. Hope they don't open back up.
They are no longer open 24 hours a day probably to save on costs but they continue to increase the membership fee. Pretty ridiculous. 425 Fitness seems more legit.
Good gym. Lots of equipments. Really enjoyed my first workout here. It's safe to say that I will be visiting more often. Thanks guys.
Broken equipments for months and no one seems to care even after multiple complaints.
No longer a 24 hour location. First you take away towels and now you are not open 24 hours any more. At 1130 you kick 5 of us out of the sauna 30 minutes before close. Not a good way to show client appreciation especially since we pay for the service during hours. Better off joining Lifetime, 425, or LA Fitness. At least they still provide towels and a clean facility.
Went in at 2AM after work and the receptionist was dead asleep!! so unprofessional and rude! tried to get his attention and he looked up at me and fell back asleep. I had some concerns about my account that i wanted to discuss about and they never got answered!
Great gym, all in on one floor. Lots of space and machines are usually open.

Decent amount of equipment. Does have towel service. Gets somewhat during peak hours 4-6pm. Aligns to what you would expect for the price.

MANAGEMENT: PLEASE put up more signs that people NEED to shower before getting into the hot tub. I see sweaty people of all shapes and sizes crawling in and out of there to the point where there is yellow foam just circulating in the middle of the tub.... You clean your hot tub once a week. So gross.
EDIT: After over a year of this review being up and 3 years of membership, I've modified it to one star. I don't know what happened, new management? The weights are NEVER put away, employees just socializing at the front rarely say hi to me anymore. I think the employees signing up new members just aren't telling them that you can't drop the weights, and to put them back when you're done. For some reason there aren't enough clips to cover all the benches so you have to wonder around trying to find them. Nearly every shower is going to have ziplock bags, old tissue, broken soap dispensers ect. It's just not fun anymore. Last night I asked an employee if he could help me out by re-racking some of the weights (there was an entire weight tree with NO 25's 10's 5's or 2.5's on it) and he looked at me straight in the eye like he was about to kill me then said "fine, I can do that now". He then LEFT the front area, including the merchandise which is a no-no, and was gone for 30 minutes. He never went and re-racked the weights. Some blonde guy with blue eyes about 23 years old - don't go asking him for ANYTHING.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I've been coming here nearly every day for 2 years. The gym has a great selection of equipment and is rarely overcrowded. They really need to clean the floors more thoroughly around the freeweight racks by the front window, it seems like something died. There was a few month span where I asked them once a week to clean the swimsuit drying machine in the men's locker room as it also smelled, but it never got done so I dropped it. I like the gym overall though.

Make sure you understand that there's annual fees, $49.99 but they don't let you know when you sign up. Most people don't come in winter and they charge you annual fees.
They make it so difficult to cancel the membership
I have been a member for 4 years, but my job changed, and the gym is no more convenient to me. So I went to the gym to cancel the membership. Thats when they show their true colors. The lady at the counter told me that she cannot cancel the membership only her manager can, and of course the manager was not available. She asked me come on Monday at some specific hours to cancel the membership.
So I call their customer number to cancel the membership, and again same thing - "We cannot cancel the membership now, call during working hours on weekdays!"
Update: I guess, I was too harsh. Turns out an email worked. I logged in to their web site, and sent them a message to cancel my membership, and they replied next day that my membership was stopped.
I'm a member here. Great atmosphere to work out. The group classes are the best in terms of getting yourself motivated to work out. Great facilities, great staff.

I loved this gym. But i broke my back. I needed surgery to fix it. The staff kept saying they could put my membership on hold. Which i did do. A year and a half later after the surgery and rehab.. i found out that they were still charging me every month. They never put it on hold like they promised. They refused a refund. Yeah they are theifs..Be careful.
Spacious gym with very reasonable membership fees (especially if you buy the 2 year membership from Costco), good selection of classes
Decent gym equipment and facilities, poorly maintained locker rooms, slimy showers. Main problem is that kids swim classes are hosted here 4 days a week. Tons of screaming kids running around the locker room (and their screaming parents), frequently a wait for the shower despite the signs saying locker rooms are for members only... I wish I'd signed on with a different gym.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere people were very considerate not to bother eachother and the workout equipment was great.
Awesome gym. I only wish they had a water certified female trainer. The only one they had is currently in administrative work.
I love that I can swim at any hour. The group classes I have tried have been fantastic. Cleanliness is the only draw back. Showering off chlorine? Don't touch the walls in the showers, aka don't loose your balance.
Typical gym. I'm not crazy about the circular set up where pretty much everybody can see everybody. The spinning room is decent though.
Friendly staff always willing to help.
Gym is pretty big, lots of machines and lots of space.
I like the kids area, you have two hours per day to drop your kids, thia is not included in the membership, they have different prices depending on your situation.
They have a basketball court, indoor swimming pool as well.
Good place to work out. The people are super nice. The classes are great. My trainer is really good. The prices are okay
No nonsense and has everything you could need. There's a barre and pilates instructor named Linda whose classes are pretty dang amazing.
For weightlifting, this gym is acceptable. You could probably do worse. A lot of the machines feel weird to use and require some extra concentration to use them to hit the correct muscle groups. Currently only has three squat racks in a space that could easily fit four, and they really need at least one more. I feel like I often need to wait for a squat rack despite never visiting during peak hours.
Great, but the equipment cannot support dual speed for HIT. Pool is small, one pool and 3 lanes. No plastic bag to put my swimming suit after swimming
Great place to work out alone or with a friend. People tend to keep to themselves. Good, neat, large facility.
This place was great when I first started coming, however I ended up switching to another gym when it got unbelievably crowded in April. I found that there was never enough equipment in the weights section. This isn't a reflection of the clubs business or the management. What really bothered me is how one of the managers (I don't know her name) pestered me about why I was switching to another gym and pretty much wouldn't let me walk out without telling her why I was leaving after cancelling. It has also taken over an entire month for my money to be refunded, mind that I also cancelled before my pay period began. When I called to bring this up, I was barked at by the same manager and told to "be patient". With the big negative out of the way, I do want to address that for the price, the place has solid equipment, decent amenities, and I like how they have a little pop up shop in their lobby (they actually occasionally have some really good deals on protein bars and supplements). Other than the fact that this specific club is becoming extremely crowded, I feel this is a great gym that is a lot more worth your money than Golds Redmond, which I am a member at now. It's just a shame that one manager had to make a bad departing impression on me.
