The weights are heavy, the girls yoga pants are tight and the showers were warm the water fountain was cold

Staff stands outside in front smoking so you have to walk through cigarette smell coming and going. However, I haven't seen the offenders the last few times I went, so maybe they were fired. Really unpleasant, not to mention very poor image for a place where health-minded people go.

The employees at the Marysville location are not friendly. They don't say "hello" when you walk in or say "have a good day" when you leave. The employees at the Everett location are extremely friendly and always have a smile on their face. They need to work on customer service at Marysville Planet Fitness.

This used to be my home gym, i changed for a few different reasons even though I live 3 miles away. I went in this morning and a staff member was disrespectful and I was embarrassed and left right away. I am not certain why he chose to engage me in such a manner, but it was inappropriate and condescending. There was a staff member present that witnessed the interaction, that sees me on a regular basis. He seemed embarrassed for me as well. I am not certain the reason for his poor behavior, but that is not my concern. I pay for my membership and I am respectful, the expectation is to receive the same treatment.

I love this gym, been a member there for 3yrs and I never had a negative experience there...until this morning. 9/29/18, the young man at the desk was grumpy and rude. I greeted him with my customary cheery "Good Morning", and got not a word in response. This caused me to look a little closer during my workout, and I noted that he greeted all the men and women his age level with at least a hello, but he kept pacing, looking out the window, and everyone MY age group got not so much as a mumbled response. I'm not there to impress anyone, and not likely to anytime soon. However, this left a bad taste in my mouth and the young man needs to improve his people skills before I light him up personally!

This is a great place. They have massage chairs and then a different type of water massage lounger. Plus all the regular exercise equipment. Price is really good only $25 a month for black star coverage which means you can use the massage chairs, tanning room, and this other red light room. Otherwise it's $10 a month and you just get the exercise equipment. Either way it's a great deal because you can cancel it anytime there's no contract.

If you don't mind sharing a locker room with the homeless. This location allows the homeless in, without asking for ID, so they can shower. As a result, the locker room is a mess. Lockers look to be broken into, they even have a warning sign about not locking wallets in the lockers. The staff does not clean the locker room enough, given the filth that's left from the 'guests' they need to do better. I suggest you skip this location.

Nice clean Gym. Great atmosphere. Only downside is they don't have a pool or courts for any sports.

I don't know why everyone reports that this gym is so clean. I have been a member since they opened this location 3 1/2 years ago. Yes, it was super clean when it opened, but it's just superficial. This is the 4th gym I have been a member of, and would go elsewhere if it were not for the location and low monthly fee. I have had to point out to staff on multiple occasions that the drsins in the women's bathroom are clogged with nasty build up and won't drain, moss (or something) growing on walls under the hand dryer, under the mats, around the toilets, and I won't touch the showers! They don't sweep the stretching area often enough no matter how much I complain about the rocks and pebbles (can't use the rollers on a mat). All the equipment has dirt and rocks in the foot pedals. Never saw this at Anytime Fitness. Staff were always cleaning not gabbing at the front desk.

I Will update my review, once Mr Cruz allows my guest to come in without multiple forms of papers to fill out including myself and multiple forms of ID. 1st time ever at this location this has happened. This is not the streamline planet fitness standard they've been using all across the USA.

Really nice clean place!
If during the 2 separate tours and when I signed the paperwork to join - they really should have mentioned that they don't have towels.
I don't mind bringing my own towels at all- I do have great issue with leaving out common items in a membership to upsale merchandise.
Do I buy a towel or skip working out-?
That my friends is creating a situation to exploit your clients. It's morale decreasing. So if first impressions matter- this staff has went through 3 of them poorly.

This location is the most bizarre on thier planet. They refuse to change their television chanels for customers. During the football playoffs they refused to show the games while more than three chanels were showing infomercials. During the Olympics they refused to show the coverage because as they said the Games were not on Corporate approved chanels. In the meantime on Telemundo they were showing soft porn Novelas. The NCAA Basketball tournament was also forbidden fruit. After complaints to the Corporate H.Q. I was told the policy is not even there's although every Employee from the bottom to the top will insist it is Corporates fault. When I asked the Club Manager insisted that Corporate selected all thier chanels for them. When I told Her I had talked to Corporate they denied having such a hold over thier programming. At that point the Club Manager retracted her statement andsaid it was the Franchise owner who decided the chanels and not allow changing to sports no matter how many people request it. I then requested to speak with the owner and the Manager said he dosent want to talk to customers. I asked for a contact number for him or if I could leave my number for him to contact me, she refused. I don't blame her, I know I wouldn't want my boss talking to anyone if I had provided customer service like that . Now the Stanley Cup and the NBA are going on and it's more of the same. I know a lot of people are not interested in sports but there are plenty of TV's but even the people who never watch college basketball find themselves filling out a bracket at the office. It just seems to me that they make their money wether we go or not. This club feels like they would prefer to use policies like the TV channels to keep us from coming in. I give them one star because I still believe in customer service. I believe in going to a judgment free place ro work out,and I believe any business that doesn't show the Olympics needs thier Patriotism questioned ,

Good gym, nice environment, I go 5 days a week. Not too busy in the mornings.
Just a couple complaints: they don't actually monitor the 30 minute circuit. There is always people using the machines in there instead of the regular ones and they have no courtesy for people doing the circuit. Also, still a few lunks that don't clean machines and think they own the place.

I love this gym. I tend to go late in the evenings and always have access to whatever I need. There are busy times, but I find it easy to work around those. Trainers are available and are non-judgemental. We all have to start somewhere. Whether you're an athlete just looking to stay fit, someone trying to get into shape for the first time, or an older person in search of your youthful body, this is a great gym. People at all fitness levels and all ages come here to stay or get fit. While there is no pool or sauna, they do have tanning and massage beds and access is 24 hrs.
One way they save cost is each member is expected to wipe down equipment after use. I haven't noticed an issue with anyone not cooperating.
Parking is plentiful. Lockers are available in 2 sizes so you can fit all your personal belongings. You can bring your own lock or buy one there. You cannot leave your things there overnight; locker use is only while you're present.
Showers are good, with nice, firm water pressure. Ladies' locker room also has 2 curtained dressing areas. I don't know about the guys'. Bathroom stalls are roomy enough to change in there if you want. This location also has self flushing toilets, automatic faucets, and air hand dryers that help with safe hygiene.
Memberships are reasonable with an annual fee and 2 monthly options for regular membership or black card (adds unlimited tanning and massage bed use).
I highly recommend this gym. Great place to work out.

Absolutely love my gym. This is the place I go. If you want a good ... Safe and clean place to get your fitness on...go to Planet fitness. And while your there look for Lydia she is the heart and soul of Planet Fitness. Lydia is an fitness instructor there and she is amazing and very helpful. If getting in shape is your goal ..Lydia is your girl...

It's clean & the staff is friendly! The 30 minute workout section is awesome... so easy to get a full workout in a short amount of time! It's also got an area to stretch... which is very nice. The bathroom/showers/locker room is spacious. There is a big section with mirrors and counters that you can blow dry/curl/straighten and put on your make-up so you don't feel like you're in the way. I'm so glad I signed up!

10/10 gym. I have been to hundreds of gyms nationwide.... no joke. LA fitness, 24 hr, Anytime, etc...... this is one of the absolute CLEANEST gems you can find anywhere in the country. Very well managed location.... 24x7x365, staff is constantly cleaning.... This is the overall BEST gym i have seen yet in the Seattle area. Cons: Light weights only / no real squat rack / no towel service.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The only downsides are that it's a rather small facility and there isn't enough equipment. I love the price, though, especially considering it can cost a fortune elsewhere.

I was at the gym yesterday April 25th,2017. I had been on the treadmill 2.3 miles distance at 6.8 in Speed. I was really hot and sweating so bad. Therefore I took my long sleeves sweatshirt off. Then I tied it around my upper waist to cover entirely of my belly. I had my sport bra on which in my opinion it wasn't anything inappropriate compared to some of those that are wearing super tight workouts pants and tiny skintight tank tops. A staff member came up to me and said something. I couldn't really hear her at first because I had my earphones on. Then I took it off and tried to slow down but,I couldn't. I fell out of my treadmill. The staff member told me to put my shirt back on and that it was policy to not remove outer layer of clothing. I would understand if I dressed inappropriate but I was not. And she could of wait to tell me that when I'm done I'd understand. I normally don't like to working out at the gym because I don't want people to judging me. But the gym advertisements make me believe that if I working out at the gym no one would be judging in any kinds. However it didn't seems to appear that way. In fact I almost getting hurts because of that. I would like to get a refund for the entire year that I already had paid back to my account because this incident. Unfortunately no one could help me with that. The gym staffs are not very nice.

I purchased a membership in July. Charged 85, then 10. In August, another 85 and another 10. Each time I've gone, facility has been closed when website says 24 hours. I live in Marysville, Washington. I'm going to contact for a full refund as it appears they are never open when I've attempted to go in to use this place. If you advertise to be open on your website, your setting an expectation of being open. Hours are not conducive for me.
