The gym is focused more on standard weight lifting, aerobics, some classes, less on massage, pool, spa features, etc. This appealed to me a lot. I lift weights, stay in shape, and I have my own workout routine.
I'm handicapped, mobile impaired, and this is absolutely one of the best gyms around for someone who has trouble walking. The floor is very flat with no bumps to trip you (I tend to drag my feet when I walk.) On a side note, it works great if you use a device to get around. I use a cane to walk, and it works for me very well.
The gym-goers are friendly, and cooperative. The general chemistry of the place is friendly to all, whether you are a workout novice, or an experienced fitness enthusiast. If you are new to the gym environment, then I'd recommend this place.
I'm giving it only four stars because the music is too loud. If they played NO music, then this rating would max out to five stars, and then some.
Again, this is an excellent gym for getting/staying in shape.
