After a moderately serious back injury and months of rest and recovery time I started back at a private gym to assist in my recovery. Recently I moved up to the Kirkland area and wanted to keep the momentum going. After searching on Google for a place nearby my new home I stopped by KE Fitness to check it out. Everyone was very nice, not pressured, and the space seemed clean and in use. After attending the trial period I was hooked! Their instructor Andy is very knowledgeable, takes the time to learn about how your body works and what it needs to challenge, and keeps the sessions fun and interesting. Dan, the owner, is super nice and very attentive to follow up as well as provide information easily. The best part is that the semi-private classes are very focused on what I need. I haven't tried the group classes yet due to my injury and the limited class times, so the semi-private sessions are the way to go for me. So far very impressed!
Been going here for about couple weeks now. Wanted to join a gym as a alternative to running after moving from California. This is even better. 1 hour workout with experienced coaches who encourage and train you right.
I just went there to have a class but it's look like a really cool place to work out the coach there really is nice and professional
Current patron of this gym and love going here. Very helpful and friendly staff that will learn way more than your name and take interest in you as a person in addition to your health and fitness goals. Nothing like a box gym at all and even as someone who has been working out for over a decade, they have taught me a lot in the last 4 months of attending. Great work outs and fun clientele you will undoubtedly get to know because of the family feel of this gym.
Exceptional experience so far, the instructor really maximized his time during the 45 minutes workout!!
Amazing and friendly trainers that do care about member goals. I've known the owner for years and he has been always helping me reach my mobility goals. Every day it's a new challenge to complete, workouts are the right intensity according to every member's ability. Love it

Very strong sales skills. But read your contracts very very carefully before you sign it. The staff is polite but the owner cares more $ than your actual fitness needs. Watch out if you ever get hooked into a sit-down appointment with one of the owners.
