Great studio with super nice, energetic instructors! The classes are a mix of high intensity and slightly more "relaxing" moves that definitely get you sweating and heartrate up but also mixes up the muscles being targeted and stretched out throughout the class.
The weekday morning classes tend to be very full, so if your schedule allows for it and you'd like more space, the noon classes may be a better option (though I've only tried it once). I do wish that there were more change room facilities (there is one washroom with one supply closet that doubles as a change room) but for those who pop in for a class and return straight home, or need childcare during their class - this is a great option.
