Over the years I have lifted weights by myself and was never really sure if I was using proper form, which worried me because I didn't want to hurt myself. When I looked up local gyms, what stood out to me was the coaching that comes with a membership at Tri-City Barbell Club. One lift that I was afraid of was the barbell deadlift, however, with proper coaching from Tim I am now able to deadlift over twice my body weight. I have been able to make significant progress in my fitness goals in a more intelligent way because of the coaching. This gym has been great for my wife and I would recommend this gym to anyone who wants to gain strength and live a healthier life.
