I loved this gym! It was kept very clean and the staff was always welcoming and helpful. Very very reasonably priced!
Nice gym and all but their customer service wasn't what I considered up to par. Yes they said hi when I walked through the door, but that's about it. I have visited quite a bit of these gyms not too long ago and while some were nice and clean, not all of them had the best customer service. I feel that they could use a little more improvement in the way of customer service.
For the most part the staff is nice and friendly. The facility generally clean for a gym and for me they have 98% of the equipment I use. All in all good gym for the price. Great value.
Bad customer service, OK gym facilities. The little kids at front desk dont have good customer service training. Yes they have to tell you to have a good day when you leave the gym but it's not sincere because when you really need help they make you wait, roll their eyes, or worse..dont look at you in the eye. Tip: if you're on the phone and a customer walks in, ask the person on the phone if you can put them on hold for like 2 seconds and at least acknowledge the person right in front of you, especially if you know its not going to be a short call, like a payment dispute. Please dont wait until you have a long line of people waiting to check in.
Like this gym and how clean and spacious it is, but it's a bummer to see it temporarily closed in the mornings when it says it's 24 hours 5 days a week. Signs like these have been posted twice now and I'm wondering if this will be a habit at this location. Maybe try to call before so you don't waste your time?
I used to be a customer of Planet Fitness, but when I called this location, I learned that they require a CHECKING account to pay for their services. I refuse to provide this information to them, and therefore cannot be a customer. It's a shame that they've chosen this ridiculous billing policy, as I'd like to utilize their facilities.
Usually all is good with it but lately the machines break and dont fix them till after months.. i also notice that the drinking is been out for many days.

I have almost always (except once!) been greeted at the door and when I leave, so the staff have all been helpful and stay out of my way when I don't, which other businesses should take a tip! I'm homeless so I get followed around in stores, told to leave restaurants immediately after eating, and I can honestly say that I have nebne been treated amiss for it, so for that I thank you!

I came with a friend who does work out a lot and he helped ease some of my fears, but everyone here is super welcoming as well. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. I've been a member here since it was fitness evolution, never have had an issue until last night that I had an encounter with JOANNE, this employee has such nasty attitude and can't keep to herself. She interrupted my workout when I was using my phone and said I couldn't take pictures or be on the phone. She also said I needed to following the instructions of the 30min circuit, I was using the ab machine there because the other two in front of the gym were unavailable (one being broken and the other being used). I would of understood if there would of been people waiting to use the machine but it was late at night and it was only my boyfriend, sister, and I using the circuit. And not just that but when I walked past her she has the nerve to talk about me to the other employee so now they are both staring at me and talking about me. She talks to you with such overbearing power it's exhausting, I pay to use this gym shouldn't have to be dealing with people that are so rude and disrespectful. If this continues it'll be five of us in our household that will have to cancel our memberships.
I just left this planet fitness with my husband on the verge of tears. My husband has Diabetes and lately his blood sugars have been out of control. Going up to 480 and then dropping to 84 out of no where. Its extremely scary! I have been going to this location for the past 4 years back when it used be Fitness Evolution. When it became Planet Fitness I decided to sign up and bring my husband along with me. Our schedules are pretty crazy so we don't get to workout until about midnight every night. I've had a great experience here with all the employees up until tonight when JOANNE approached my husband and I while we were on the treadmills. I have small bag where I hold my husbands medical supplies and medicines. It was wedged in between the front of my treadmill and a wall. JOANNE came up to us and told us we needed to remove the bag because your not allowed to have any bags on the floor. I have heard of this unwritten rule and I understand if it was a tripping hazard but it clearly was not. I let her know that my husband needed his bag next I him for emergency reasons associated with his diabetes. She could have cared less! She threatened us to stick it in our car or locker or we would need to leave. There are huge signs in the parking lot that state not to leave any valuables in your car. And I don't trust that its not going to get stolen if I put it in a locker. He needs his medicine close to him for emergency reasons! She was so cold hearted and rude. I stopped my machine so I could look up the "no bag" policy and she stood hovering over me waiting for me to move the bag! She wouldn't even give me a minute to look into it. Then she walked right over to where she could reach the bag a told me she could just take it up to the front desk! This lady was so power hungry and over barring! I just don't understand why she was so evil about it.

I keep to myself and don't bother anyone. This woman has giving me and my husband so much anxiety over this we want to just cancel our memberships. I would give planet fitness no star if google would let me. I had my personal belonging locked in the women locker room. Was only at the gym for less than 30 mins before they closed. Someone cut my lock and stole everything. All added up to at least 1G. Talked to the manager Erik at the time to save the camera footage for when the police request for it. He said he saved it on a drive. Once the police finished his investigation and got images at Walmart where the thief used my credit and debit cards. He was to get the video recording of anyone coming and going from the front door of the gym. Without the video recording that Erik said he saved, we are unable to prosecute. With that, now they are telling me I am unable to cancel my membership unless I pay a fee. They have been charging me and my partner 25+ every month even though we no longer go to the gym. We contact corporate and they are not doing anything. it has been 4 months. We are not comfortable with the employees that work there (untrustworthy) also how will i know if i am working out with the person that stole my personal belonging. Planet Fitness will never ever have my business again. Nor from anyone that I know. I will warn my peers.
I spend a lot of time traveling and this is one of the better PF. New, different equipment compared to than most of them. Definitely recommend it.

I've always had a great experience at this club! Good customer service, well kept facility and well functioning equipment! Highly recommend!!!
Black card. Free massages, guests, tanning and red light therapy. 24/5 at least.

One of the better gyms I have ever been to. It can get a little crowded sometimes but not terrible. My only complaint is the black card spa seems to be a little small compared to the amount of people that can work out there. So if it's full your waiting a while to get into any of the booths in the spa

The new commercial is racist and a serious insult to fit people that are fit because they've been working hard their ENTIRE lives.I will be visiting every manager in the Seattle area to assertively explain.
There's a weird amount of people chilling on the machines using their phones especially in the circuit area. Aside from that, it's clean and has a good variety of equipment.

Horrible, this company is not trustworthy at all. It's a huge trouble to get them off your back, they'll rip you off by taking money off your account even after you cancel your membership , I'm still having trouble with them even after canceling my membership for freaking 7 months, they took off $191 from my account a few months after I cancelled with them for personal training, when I called the customer service and asked them why they charged me since I have canceled my membership long ago!!!!! You'll be wondered how the girl on the phone shamelessly responded; this is what she gave as a response; "this is what it is"!
Her response left me speechless......
even for the last month of my membership I didn't receive any service nor a single session of training at all, even though I never needed a personal training, my only reason For personal training was to get to know the gym and stuff since I'd just come from Europe and I wasn't familiar with the system in the USA, it was an awful experience,
However I disputed the amount, after 6 , 7 months they again charged me for the same amount and 2 years later for almost $220, I'm still fighting this ridiculous fight to get my money back and I don't know how far and how long I'll be going on with this trouble to finally get rid of them.. I'm fed up with just getting charged for nothing, plus the headache that they give me. this people are total nuts that have no business in sports , stay the hell away of this nasty gym.

Gym is ok if you know what you're going to do when you get there. Never too long of a wait for machines, although I recommend you wipe it down before you use it since most don't wipe it down when they're done with it. I am kinda miffed that they got rid of the sauna. I know they have the fancy personal jacuzzis but it just isn't the same. Nothing is better to relax after a hard workout than kicking it in a sauna, at least in my opinion. I really wish they would bring that back. #MakeSaunasGreatAgain
Wish I could give a minus stars I would. I really like the gym, it's close to the house, price is good, machines are good. Now for the bad, I have noticed people not cleaning their machines after using them, I've even went up to some of them and ask please to clean their machines, they look at me say okay, did they clean it...nope walked off. I told the staff about it, called the staff to let them know, still today I noticed 10+ people walk away from their machine without cleaning. I'm hoping staff will see this and do something, hell, even you all that use the gym and don't clean your machine, might do it. It's a long shot but hey, it's worth a try. I spend good money, I want clean machines.
All this people talking about not healthy cuz they offer pizza and begal but no tells you u should buy them its ok gym to work out staff not so frendly i didnt even get a shirt or had a tour but im not complaining i go ther to work out not critizice
