Great community with good coaching. Love having a program and not just working out on a machine. All workouts are scaled to your ability. Coaches care about making sure you can do the work and not get hurt.

I'm so happy I found this gym, it feels like a family. The coaches are awesome, they're always positive and motivating. I've met some great people so far, too. My favorite thing is that it's family friendly, which is important to me as a mother of 2.
