I have been attending Body and Brain for over 7 years. It has been a process of great life changing experiences. Maki Perry has guided me along a path toward better health and internal peacefulness. She creates an accepting, warm, welcoming and supportive atmosphere in her studio. This practice has helped me become more calm under stressful circumstances. I have lost weight and feel happier. I always feel better after every class.By taking the classes, I have learned tools to help me stay healthier, happier and more peaceful, no matter what's going on!
