Has all the cable machines you could ever ask for, and the weight training equipment is good if there's not many people in. Don't bother getting a trainer though, I'm convinced they have no idea what they are doing. If you want to lift during non-peak hours this is a good choice.
good selection of bumper plates machines you don't normally find nice side workout room and a bunch of machines and the staff is very kind
This place is a joke canceled my membership almost 2 weeks before they decided to bill me again for the last time what a joke only one in there once facility was tiny not worth the amount I was paying. You can go to planet fitness and get a membership for $10 I recommend going there before coming here
This guy is a scam artist. I signed up with him then read his policy and procedures. The next day i came in and cancelled my subscription. I also sent him an email. He said ok and refunded me my starting fee. Two months later unbeknownst to me he started charging me. I did not catch him until quite some time later after he took almost 1,000 from me. My suggestion do not use this place or conduct business with him! Shady Shady Shady!!!! If i could give him zero stars i would!!
Great facility and gym equipment, especially if you enjoy crossfit based workouts, however, a younger girl wearing a anytime fitness t-shirt, not sure if she was staff or not, made the experience absolutely terrible. Very rude and full of herself, nonetheless I'll be sure to pass the word to stay clear of this place to others. It is not like any other Anytime Fitness gym in the VA Beach area. Don't waste your time here, unless you're looking for ways not to run a gym.
Great gym. More explosive training equipment than any other "anytime" gym. They even have a tire to flip and a place to sprint in the back. This is exactly what I was looking for.

This is a great gym at anytime.
Not bad. Has the bare bones you'd expect from a lifting gym, but is full of crossfit style equipment.
