Atmosphere here is calm. I get a great workout and dont have to wait for machines. You can tell when an owner really cares about what they do. If your looking for a gym that actually appreciates your business and will work to keep it, than checkout this one.... more
This gym is great but the cardio equipment needs updating. The stationary bikes rarely work and can be very frustrating to start a workout and have to change bikes/ treadmills or elipticals multiple times.... more
Has all the cable machines you could ever ask for, and the weight training equipment is good if there's not many people in. Don't bother getting a trainer though, I'm convinced they have no idea what they are doing.... more
