This gym is great but the cardio equipment needs updating. The stationary bikes rarely work and can be very frustrating to start a workout and have to change bikes/ treadmills or elipticals multiple times. That being said for a visit gym with 24 hr access it's great.

Nice little gym with free membership for seniors if you've got the right kind of health insurance, which luckily I do. It's also open 24/7, which is handy, I suppose, though I usually visit during the day.
Great, friendly staff. A good selection of both free weights and machines. All of the regulars here are super nice, and group classes are a pretty regular thing if you're into that. Plus it's a great place to hit later in the day if you're more of a solitary guy when you hit the gym and don't want interruptions.

The environment is boring, no motivation. Staff constantly on their phones... just not a really fun and exciting gym to go to. Minimal equipment so when it does get busy it sucks. It used to always be clean but that has declined slowly.. just not a gym i would recommend if your a workout enthusiasts.
